The UFIP Targo Gongs are Cast Bronze Gongs. They have an incredibly long sustain. In Europe, orchestras use them as tam-tams, but they are very playable, have many layers, and work fantastically as a gong, bell, or chime. They will get very loud if they are played hard with a gong mallet, but also respond to mallets with a fast attack, like tapping mallets.
We have several different Targo Gongs available and have made recordings of each, so that you can choose the one you enjoy the most.
